1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

Email address: collected only when you subscribe to the mailing list, use the optional Crate Machine email popup, or request a full BeatStars Audit report by email. This is voluntary.

Crate Machine inputs run in your browser. Prompt settings are not sent to a server. If you submit the optional popup, only your email address and source label are sent to Kit.

BeatStars Audit inputs run in your browser while you complete the audit. If you request the full report, the email address plus the report data needed to create and send that report may be sent to Zapier and the connected email/document services.

Analytics data may be collected through Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device/browser, approximate location, referrer, and basic interaction such as Crate Machine Generate usage and BeatStars Audit preview generation). NormaProds does not intentionally send names, email addresses, audit answers or prompt inputs to Google Analytics.

3. How we use your email

Email addresses collected via the mailing list are stored in Kit (formerly ConvertKit) and used only to send new tool launches, release announcements and behind-the-scenes content. We do not sell, share or rent your email address to any third party.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU, you can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request deletion by emailing studio@normaprods.com.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics via the Google tag (gtag.js) with measurement ID G-MJ7E0S2R6G to measure traffic and performance. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out add-on.

6. Third-party services

This site links to, submits data to, or embeds content from: YouTube (Google), Google Analytics (Google), Instagram (Meta), BeatStars, Kit (email), Zapier (automation for BeatStars Audit report delivery), and Google Docs/Drive or connected email services used to generate and send requested reports. Each has its own privacy policy.
