1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

Email address — collected only when you subscribe to the mailing list, use the optional Crate Machine email popup, or request a full BeatStars Audit report by email. This is voluntary.

Crate Machine inputs run in your browser. Prompt settings are not sent to a server. If you submit the optional popup, only your email address and source label are sent to Kit.

BeatStars Audit inputs run in your browser while you complete the audit. If you request the full PDF report, the email address plus report data needed to create and send that report may be sent to Zapier and the connected email/document services.

Analytics data may be collected through Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This can include pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location, referrer, and basic interaction data such as Crate Machine Generate button usage and BeatStars Audit preview generation. NormaProds does not intentionally send names, email addresses, BeatStars Audit answers, Crate Machine prompt inputs, or detailed prompt settings to Google Analytics.

3. How we use your email

Email addresses collected via the mailing list are stored in Kit (formerly ConvertKit) and used exclusively to send:

• New beat and release announcements
• New tool launches and updates
• Behind-the-scenes content from the studio

We do not sell, share, or rent your email address to any third party.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct or delete your data
• Withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request deletion at any time by emailing studio@normaprods.com.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics through the Google tag (gtag.js) with measurement ID G-MJ7E0S2R6G. Google Analytics helps measure traffic, popular pages, language/location trends, and site performance signals so NormaProds can improve the site and its free tools.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to recognize a browser or device and generate aggregated reports. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, use Google's privacy controls, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

This site links to, submits data to, or embeds content from the following external platforms, which have their own privacy policies:
